Day 1 It All Starts Here

Everyone has what it takes to achieve success in losing weight. Everyone – and that means you as well. 🙂

The goal of this course is to help you to understand this and to get you on the fast track to changing your life for the better, without the stress and pressure that were holding you back before.

What This Course Is About

This course and this website are designed to help people who struggle with weight issues to change the way they approach weight loss.

You know that you need to eat healthy food and to exercise to see the results. You know that, and yet, you’re still struggling. Perhaps you’ve already made a list of things to change, of healthy food to eat, maybe even bought the new gym shoes – perhaps you’ve already tried some weight loss program, and bang! you went right back to the old habits.

Knowing what you should do, unfortunately, isn’t enough. Researches show that the thing that influences your success in weight loss the most is something else: your attitude toward it.

You see, if you believe that you should lose weight, that it’s really important that you do – AND if you believe that you can do it, to make the changes that you need to make, you will succeed.

If you don’t, if you lack the willpower or the belief in yourself – you’ll get nowhere, just like you did before.

So, we will be dealing here with changing your mindset. We’ll outline for you what you should be doing every day, over the course of 30 days, so that you become more confident and willing to pursue and to persevere with your decision.

Put your faith in us – we will help you get there painlessly. By the end of the course you will lose not only weight, but also the feeling that you’re making an effort. Our goal is to help you make the shift in your mind and, to put it simply, to get your head straight about food, weight and exercise.

We will show you how to learn to love your new lifestyle, the new food – yes, even the vegetables 🙂 – and the physical exercise.

We will not prescribe a specific food, diet or exercise plan – it’s between your doctor and you, or up to your own personal preferences. But we will be here to support your decision to make a healthy change in your life, every step of the way!

Because right now, we know something that you still don’t know – that you are able to make the shift, and that it can be done painlessly. And by the end of the course you will know that too!

Day One

This first day is about preparation.

If you have decided that today is when you will start making the change in your life – that’s fantastic! You can skip the next paragraph – it’s for the people who aren’t there yet.

If you are still planning to start – this is it! Pick the day. It doesn’t have to be today if you’re not feeling ready – but it should be soon. And there’s really no reason to delay it. As you’re about to see, the first day is pretty easy. 🙂

OK, so if you have decided that today is the day, here’s what you need to do:

1. Take a look at your fridge.

You know what food doesn’t deserve to stay there, so take a big bag and get rid of it. Of all of it. Throw it away or give it to the homeless right away. A clean (and now probably empty?) fridge is a symbolic way of telling to yourself that you’re now making room for healthy eating and living habits – apart from the obvious practical benefits.

2. Think hard about the decision you made.

You will have all the support, but you need to accept that there’s no turning back – and it’s not something that should bother you, or make you miss your old life: yes, you still don’t know what the new one will be like, but try to be positive about it. Healthy lifestyle is an adventure that has its own thrills, and you will soon learn to enjoy them, forgetting all about the unhealthy habits that threaten your physical health and make you miserable. Say goodbye to all of that, and welcome the change you’ve just started to make!

Foundations of Your New Life

As you embark on this new adventure, you will find many things changing in your life, and you’re now building the mental foundation of it. You probably have some idea about what lies in front of you, but here’s the outline of the most important changes that you will face and learn to enjoy in – we will guide you through each of them as you progress.

Food and Nutrition.

The first week of this course is dedicated to helping you to get accustomed to the new eating habits, and to embrace them.

Junk food is no longer a part of your life, and you now perhaps don’t even have the idea about what you will be eating for the rest of your life – it’s common, don’t worry. Soon you’ll discover a whole new world of foods that taste just as good, and even better, than the fast or packaged food that you were drowning yourself in until now.

Physical Activity.

As your organism gets cleansed from the fats, toxins and all other harmful substances, you’ll discover that you have more energy, and that exercising will help you use that energy in a good, constructive way.

Starting with the exercises will however also be a challenge for you, especially if you’re not used to doing any physical activity. We will show you how to effortlessly get out and begin exercising, so that you’ll very soon learn to enjoy in the feeling of your body burning calories and becoming stronger.

Motivation and Willpower.

Through the entire course we will work on strengthening your motivation and willpower. Support is crucial when people decide to make a change as big as this one, and this website will provide you with exactly that. You will learn how to approach the change with a positive attitude, how to change the way you were feeling about the food, dieting and exercise, and how to embrace your future life of healthy habits.

And most importantly, you will learn how to make that shift in your mind and in your life permanent, so that you never want to go back to the “old ways” again.

Bright Future.

Finally, don’t be afraid of the change ahead of you – no one expects you to jump over the mountain right away, so you shouldn’t be expecting that either. The change will come slowly and gradually, and, although the first steps will be somewhat difficult, all you need to remember is to take one step at a time, to do just a little bit better every day.

This gradual change will have permanent effects, because as you keep on doing what you should do and what makes you feel good, you will release your unhealthy habits without the need to come back to them ever again – this new life will be that good!

So, your tasks for today are to: pick the day to start with the course if you haven’t done so yet, and if today is the day, clean up your fridge and think about the decision you made – you’re opening a new chapter in your life, and you know that it’s a good choice, so be happy about it.
